Functional Description
The IS200EXAMG1B provides attenuation between the field bus and the EGDM by sensing high voltage from the bridge and scaling it to a usable level. It mounts in the High Voltage Interface (HBI) module located in the auxiliary cabinet.
Connections:
One 9‑pin cable connects EXAM to the IS200EPBP Exciter Power Backplane.
EGDM modules plug into EPBP via a 96‑pin connector.
Application:
Required in both simplex and triple modular redundant (TMR) systems.
No test points, fuses, or LED indicators are included.
Hardware Features:
Two plug connectors, two stab‑on connectors, one ground terminal, and three adjustable jumpers.
